Agreement

By creating an account or accessing OnlyTens (onlytens.xyz), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use OnlyTens. By registering, you confirm that you're 18 or older. We verify this at registration via date of birth.

Any person who provides a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement is in breach of these terms and applicable law. We will permanently ban any account found to belong to a minor and report the incident to the appropriate authorities.

Content

OnlyTens hosts legal adult content featuring performers who have been age-verified and whose records are maintained on file. All content on this platform depicts adults aged 18 or older at the time of production.

Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, share, or reproduce any content from this platform in any form.

Accounts

  • You may hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with any other person.
  • You may not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform.

Payments and credits

OnlyTens operates on a cryptocurrency-only credit system. Credits are purchased using cryptocurrency and used to unlock individual content.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by their nature. Credits added to your account are non-refundable and non-transferable. Before making a purchase, you can preview content to determine whether it meets your expectations.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use OnlyTens to:

  • Access the platform if you are under 18
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
  • Upload, transmit, or link to any illegal material
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at our sole discretion, for violation of these terms or any applicable law. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before terminating an account.

Content removal and takedowns

We respond to valid copyright claims and performer removal requests. If you believe content on this platform infringes your rights, navigate to the specific content and use the Report button on that page to submit a takedown request. We review all requests and will remove content that is found to infringe on valid rights.

Availability

We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The platform may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Netherlands law, OnlyTens and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the credits at issue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
